No
I refuse
No
Not me
Not the moon...
Not that scent
Not that note
Not that warmth
Not that touch
Not that feeling
I Will Fall...
I say
No.

Hi NegiN,
Funny, Patrick is the reason that I like to even try and write at times! Actually, I have constant
writer's block, so I don't try and write poems, I just wait for an inspired moment. lol
I hope you share more of you!
Hi Nancy!

Not even the moon?
:-)
The yogi on the Path of Discrimination, the Yoga of Knowledge, (according to yoga scriptures one of the 5 yogas, will say " neti, neti," --which means, "not this, not this."
And contemplation of the word "Mu,"-- which in Japanese means "nothing," or "non-being,"-- is a frequent staple of Zen meditation.
Strip away everything you are not, and eventually you will find absolutely nothing left!....
except who you really are.
A man went in search of the famous Sufi teacher, Bayazid. On the road into the town where Bayazid was said to be found, he saw an old man with a cane, walking slowly by the roadside.
He stopped the old man, and asked, "Where may I find this great man, Bayazid?
(--not realizing, of course, that he was talking to Bayazid.)
The old man said to the seeker,
For 40 years I too have been seeking this Bayazid.....
and I still have not found him."
